SMS Messages

We now have SMS services for all appointments and groups and services that are running through Hopeful Directions they are done by either the Coordinator of the group or the caseworker counsellor that is working with you however we do use a online sms service which generates Sms messages however some of the staff have their own phone that they may use for work sms

Cancelation fees

Due to the ongoing capacity of our services groups and staff a notice of 24 hours is required if you do that within 24hrs no fee applies however If you don’t cancel and the appointment time is kept and you don’t show then you get a cancelation fee along with a no-show on your notes if you get more than 3 no-shows then your name is then taken off the active list and added to the inactive list then you will be on the wait list
